From the Daily Kos:

Chaz Stevens fights for the separation of church and state every day for all of us. His Festivus pole has made national news every year lately and this year he’s even giving it a LGBT theme thanks to Kim Davis. His efforts have gotten him praise from Rachel Maddow and he’s been highlighted on The Daily Show and The Colbert Report and many others.

He made Politico this week:

HAPPY HOLIDAY WARS –“Gay Festivus Poles Give Hope This Holiday Season!,” via press release: “Two years ago, Chaz Stevens, Executive Director for The Humanity Fund, erected a Pabst Blue Ribbon Festivus Pole in the Florida Capitol. This year, he’s installing Festivus poles, wrapped in the rainbow colors of gay pride, in state capitals nationwide. Additionally, The Humanity Fund, an advocacy organization dedicated to protecting and promoting freedom of speech and religion, just launched its 2015 Gay Pride Festivus Pole Generosity Fund, with donations supporting various LGBT youth organizations.”

This is the first year I have seen him asking for funding, he’s making a donation from these funds to LGBT youth organizations. Won’t you join me in contributing to his Festivus Pole campaign this year?
