One man is trying to erect a gay Festivus pole at the Arkansas state capitol in Little Rock.

What is a Festivus pole, and how can it be gay, you ask? You may remember Humanity Fund Executive Director Chaz Stevens as the man who erected a Festivus pole made from a beer can in the rotunda of the Florida state capital in 2013.
